‘Relaxation’ A blend of Chamomile, Geranium, Lavender, Mandarin, Marjoram and Patchouli, to help relax the body and aid a peaceful night’s sleep.

Others have found the following application methods beneficial.
For poor sleep, headache and tension: Apply to the temples, forehead and back of neck. (AVOID contact with the eyes.)
For cramp and restless legs: Apply to the soles of the feet and up the back of the legs, massage firmly until fully absorbed.
1g of Magnesium contains approximately 139mg of Magnesium Chloride. Use up to 5g daily.
